Managing Director - STS

Education/Qualification: Graduate in Education Technology; Post graduate in English Language & Literature; Business Administration(UK)

Col Augustine has over 4 decades of outstanding experience in various fields including Education, Administration, Logistics & Business Management. Served in the Indian Army (Education Corps) for 21 years (NDA, IMA, ACC, AEC Training College & Centre & a Sainik school) ; worked as the Director of Administration & Education Secretariat at Global Education Management Systems, Dubai , for their large network of schools in the UAE for over a decade. He has been the Managing Director STS since its inception in 2008.

An inspiring leader, Augustine is a strategist, visionary , mentor and motivator with a passion for excellence who harnesses the utmost efforts and resilience from all concerned to make the company a role model one. Under his able leadership STS has become a world leader in the school transportation industry, achieving very high benchmark in safety standards and winning many accolades and awards.

I am Binaifer Kapadia residing in UAE since September, 1997

Education Qualification: Bachelor of Commerce from Mumbai University along with Diploma in Secretarial Practice.

I have been a part of STS for over 8 years now.

At STS, I am responsible for providing senior level secretarial and administrative support to the Managing Director for all tasks related to handling booking's, maintaining confidential documents, files, arrangement of travel bookings and much more.

Praveen Subramanian
Head of Finance

Education/Qualification: Master's Degree in Commerce from Mumbai University and an Associate of Cost & Works Accountants of India.

With over 20 years of experience working in various organizations engaged in Shipping, Forwarding, Travel Industry, Trading & Manufacturing and Textiles in India, East Africa and U.A.E. He holds vast experience within the domains of Accounting and Finance with Core competencies in Business Finance Operations, Banking, Insurance, Control and Audit. He is well versed with various customized accounting applications used in diversified industries.

Head of Operations

With 32 years of professional experience of managing and leading multi-cultural/disciplined teams, and strength and capability in commercial management; and extensive experience in ensuring performance and delivery, he has an demonstrable track record of successful business development and achievement of targets.

He has successfully ensured the control and delivery of each project performance against budget, and can comprehensively control performance, provide leadership, and can handle day to day running of business, including the management of resources.

A seasoned professional with 27 years of experience in the field of General Administration, Internal Auditing, Accounts and Education sector. Prior to joining STS, he worked as a School Administrator in North India for 18 years. Before joining STS for its India Operations in 2013, he worked in Saudi Arabia. He brings with him a vast array of experience in multifarious disciplines and is an excellent team player. Though of a silent nature, he sets very high standards and motivates his team to achieve high levels of excellence.

He has completed his Master’s in Business Administration and brings with him his experience in customer service and a knack for people management. A confident, energetic individual who is an excellent team player and has developed a mature and responsible approach towards the growth of the organization.

Sheebu Mony Varghese
Administration Manager

Education/Qualification: Master of Business Administration (Human resources & Marketing)

He has17 years of multidisciplinary working experience in the field of Administration, Human resources and Marketing, Sheebu plays a pivotal role and is responsible for the smooth and efficient running of the Administration and procurement. Prior to joining STS, he worked with Indian Embassy Qatar as the Administrative Officer for seven years. He sets a very strong pace and proficiently leads and motivates his administration team to surpass and maintain a high level of service excellence.
